Anasazi were a very old Indian Tribe that resided in the southwest.  These Sweet beans are favored by many cooks for their mealy texture.  The unusual Purple and white coloring has made them earn names such as Cattle Bean, among many others.  Approx. 16 Seeds/Pkg.  Soon to be Discontinued.
