Arugula Slow Bolt

Slow Bolt 43 days. Approx. 275 Seeds/Pkg. An easily grown green that adds a tangy, peppery flavor to salads. Plant in the spring and again in the fall. Use only young leaves when about 2 to 3 inches long. Regardless of whether the plants are to be grown in the ground or in pots, the seeds should be sprinkled on the surface of the soil and then gently covered. Seeds shouldn't be planted deep in the soil. Water thoroughly after planting. Keep the soil most until the seeds germinate which should take anywhere from 3 to 7 days. Arugula will do best in full sun, but should be protected from hot temperatures. Species: Eruca vesicaria
